Sorry folks, but you may (or may not) have noticed my absence from these post pages as of late. Part of the reason for that is that I’ve been slaving away at Alison’s Writing Challenge. My own personal version of this is to write 10 eight-page comicbook scripts in 10 weeks.

Well, I’ve not only completed two, but started a third (which should be finished by the end of today), and developed a Web comic (and signed up an digitial artist that has agreed to draw it — more about this as it happens). For the Web comic, I have some 30 weeks already plotted, and four weeks already written (I intend to write four more weeks for this by the end of the weekend, and pass it along to the artist).

As for whether or not this seems like a lot or a little, I also (in those same two weeks) wrote and delivered a pair of 1,800–2,000 word articles to their respective editors (for a pair of local mags). and have uploaded a pair of movie reviews to my on-line column.

I hope to return to (semi) regular posting on this forum as soon as I am able.
