    If they Pump the Co2 into the Ground, will it make the ground water bubbly?

    Ok seriously 3 things this bill does:

    1. Encourages Nuke Plants, It offers loans for their construction. This is Essiential in any true energy reform bill as Gas will eventually hit $10 with or without a tax.

    2. Subsidizing Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles Development. If were gunna subsidize the car companies, At least we can get something out of it. Now if we could just get the banks to provide something back to society.

    3. Limits Credit Default Swaps! While maybe not the best bill to put this in. someone should of done this 4 months ago.

    But considering the odds of this passing the senate... I rate the whole topic somewhere between 'eh?' and 'meh...'
