That Wilcox Boy!
by The Perfessor br>Yep, My good pal John Wilcox is at it again. Or more specifically, John’s pal Bob Weber, Sr. is at it again. It seems that Bob — for some unfathomable reason — is seriously in love with John’s name, and keeps adding it to Bob’s very funny syndicated comic strip Moose & Molly. These two strips are (respectively) from 4/22 and 5/31, and (I believe) bring to five the total number of times that John has “appeared” in the strip. If your local paper doesn’t carry Moose’s misadventures, you can follow them on-line here.

Don’t you wish that you were as famous as John? I know that I wish I was.

So, when is "The Perfessor" going to make an appearance in this comic strip?

Interesting question. I'm not as close with Bob, and also wouldn't want to crowd what has become John’s space.

Needless to say. several hours later, I subsequently chatted up my sometimes partner the very talented Mr. Wilcox (and other serious Spidey fanatic) who indicated that he was unable to acquire a copy, so I offered him one of mine (we do that kind of stuff). The third copy is for my fabulous nephew Tony-o, who is all of 12 and loves Spidey near as much as do I and John A. (and I love keeping him hooked on comics, so I always try to acquire them for him.)
