Best part of this fail was that she came back the next day.
Yes, they charged her for leaving the scene of the accident. The surveillance video wasn't good enough to get her license plates, so it took her coming back the next day to get caught.
If you're traveling along in your car, and you release a bowling ball, the rolling friction of the road will start slowing the ball down.
If that ball is propelled into the air by, say, a ramp, the ball will take flight and the rolling resistance goes away.
Neglecting air friction, the ball will keep up with the vehicle it was launched from.
Simple physics.

That's because there's a designated hitter.
Unless the manager screws up and the umps decide the pitcher has to hit third in the lineup. You would think the American League Manager Of The Year would be familiar with the rules. You would be wrong.
