    The news reports: "A violent solar explosion sent a dangerous wave of radiation through space late Tuesday, prompting NASA to order the crews of Discovery and the International Space Station to take shelter overnight, according to Local 6 News partner Florida Today."

    OK. What superpowers do we think these astronauts are going to have when they get back to earth?

    The astronauts are slightly protected by the Earth's magnetic field.

    Imagine a setup on the Moon or Mars... or even ON THE WAY to Mars. You can't hide from that stuff.
