When hanging perpendicular to the ground, the flag should be hung with the field of blue stars in the upper left not the upper right corner. It is amazing that so many people don’t know <a href="http://www.ushistory.org/betsy/flagetiq.html" Target="blank" rel="nofollow">the proper way to hang a flag</a>.
