Jessica Biel and Colin Firth star in this little movie that may pass by your local multiplex before you blink, so if it’s your cup of tea, so to speak, be on the lookout.
The concept is easy enough:
Stodgy English family disapproves of son’s quick marriage to American girl.
Girl shows spunk.
Hijinks ensue.
The end, roll credits.
The movie hit the Toronto International Movie Festival and didn’t get a big distribution contract, so if you really do miss this, look for it on Netflix later on this year.
Beware the trailer box below. There can be a trailer before the trailer, so you may see a commercial.
So, to sum, here’s a movie whose plot is somewhat like many done for cable TV, only in this case, it’s done with a slightly better budget.
I only posted the trailer because of what Jessica’s character does with her ass. Seriously.
It involves a shovel.

I think Kristin Scott Thomas played that same roll in Gosford Park (2001). Jessica Biel doing historical. I’ll be looking for this. ;-)
BTW, haven’t been here for a while. Love the new look. Alison sent me.
