Lance Armstrong cleared of the doping charges, but the agency in charge of catching the cheaters apparently fiddled with enough stuff to now be accused of cheating to make it look like Lance was cheating.

Today is Memorial Day and right now I’m out either watching or marching in a parade (if I’m marching, it is with my daughter’s Young Astronaut group).
